Offered collaboratively by AASP, SASP, & Northern Arizona University

Abstract: As a school psychologist, you make decisions everyday based on your ethical and professional training. Some decisions seem almost automatic, but others are less clear. An increased familiarity with the NASP Ethical Principles and an ethical decision make model will help you to feel more confident in making those difficult decisions.

Learning Objectives

  1. Participants will learn how to locate information within the NASP Code of Ethics.
  2. Participants will become familiar with the provided ethical problem-solving model.
  3. Participants will apply the problem-solving model to one or more ethical dilemmas.

Participants who attend the three hour sessions in entirety will receive 3 NASP-approved CPDs
