This year's conference features national and local speakers sharing expertise on topics including reading/dyslexia; trauma related practice; MTSS; legal updates; Autism; SEL and much more.

Registration Policies
**Please note that you must be a current member of AASP at the time you register for the conference to obtain the member rate. It is recommended that you renew membership a week to ten days prior to registering for the conference.
Registration is now open and must be completed online. Please check your email and/or the AASP website for updates and the conference registration link. At registration, select your morning and afternoon sessions for the day(s) you will be attending. This assists the conference planning committee with room assignments and set up. Whether you pay by credit card or school district purchase order (PO), you must register online. Be aware of the Early Bird Registration and Regular Registration timelines. With the pandemic, it is important to register early as we monitor CDC guidelines to adhere to conference facility capacity requirements. On-site registration may not be possible this year. Please check with the AASP website the day before the conference for on-site availability. Registration confirmation is provided by e-mail. AASP leadership is offering hybrid sessions for individuals who prefer to participate virtually and watch sessions through live streaming. Conference registration fees are the same for in-person and virtual attendance. While attendees may change how they attend up to the day before the start of the conference (contact AASP to make a change), AASP is adhering to a no refund policy.
Directions for Purchase Order Processing
1. Complete the conference registration form online. Select your morning and afternoon sessions.
2. Print the completed registration form and give it to the appropriate contact who processes POs at your school district.
3. The Purchase Order with the registration form(s) attached must either be emailed to admin@aasp-az.org or faxed to 480-935-5270. The PO must provide an email address to your school district's accounts payable or corresponding staff member responsible for payment so that the AASP office can e-mail the invoice.
4. An invoice will be e-mailed for payment.
Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities
Please contact the AASP office or the Desert Willow Conference Center for any needed accommodations including wheelchair accessibility or accommodations for the hearing impaired.
