New and returning supervisors will review foundational supervision practices that set supervisor and supervisee up for a successful year.
Workshop Objectives
1. Develop your goals and rationale for supervision.
2. Review the Developmental, Ecological, Problem-Solving model of how to provide supervision.
3. Supervisors will practice giving and receiving constructive feedback.
